ASSESSMENTS
In-facility testing. Checking player’s skill level & physical abilities against Millers standards.
Invites to call-backs follow.
STEP 2:
CALL-BACKS
Live ABs (player/coach pitch) with game-situations determines player’s baseball IQ & compete factor.
Offers follow.
STEP 3:
PROGRAM OFFER
Players make the Millers Program vs. a specific team. Once accepts are in by deadline, uniforms are ordered, tiers & tourneys are decided.
The work begins.
STEP 4:
ACCOUNTABILITY
The effort at tryouts is expected every day as a Miller. Doing the work for yourself & your teammates is what makes the program successful and opens opportunities for you.
*Millers seasons follow school year. Season starts in Fall and ends at conclusion of Summer (i.e. played 13U Summer = 14U Fall & 14U Summer)
