Pitching Program
Players have the choice to be in the pitching program or throwing program with Winter Training.
- Use of Trackman, Rapsodo, Pitcher AI, Motus Sleeve, Force plates and Edgertronic all available to help pitchers with pitch design, spin control and attacking hitters
- Customized programming based on assessments and goal of each athlete to manage their workload and timing for ProCase, showcases, testing and getting ready for the season.
- Plyo balls, bands, waterbags and video will be used to maximize players’ mechanics and movements to be as efficient as possible down the mound
- Live at-bats are incorporated towards the end of the training program as players get ready for the season
- Average historical gains of 7-10 mph on mound velo
OR
Throwing Program
Players have the choice to be in the pitching program or throwing program with Winter Training. Position players tend to chose the throwing program to work on position-specific throws with more efficiency and velocity.
- Plyo balls, cuff weights, weighted balls, bands, water bags and more are utilized to help with arm path and strengthen both small and big muscles to help the arm more efficiently as well as maintain good arm health through recovery protocols.
- Hybrid, High-Intent and Recovery days are used to help players with their workload and arm care as they ramp up towards the season.
- Average gains of 5-7 mph for players


Hitting Program
The P2P Hitting Program provides customized programs for players to address specific needs and attack goals for the off-season.
- Trackman, HitTrax, Rapsodo, and Blast are a few of the technologies used to help analyze and provide feedback for players on their swing, power, contact %, exit velocity and more.
- Live at-bats are incorporated into the program with the pitching program towards the end of the season as players get ready for the season
- Machines, weighted balls, weighted bats and live bp are all leveraged to address and help players through the development of the swing
- Average gains of 6-8 mph exit velo
ETS Performance
Winter Training includes ETS Performance. Players will receive personalized programs to work on speed, strength and mobility.
All players go through an initial assessment to target and address needs as they go through the 4 phases of the program: power, speed, eccentric and isometric.


Facility Access
Players receive facility access as part of training to get additional work in or make-up a missed session. Player each receive a code for access to their regional facility and staff provides updates on best times to help families reduce unnecessary trips.
Players are responsible to leave the facility better than they found it. Players 16 and up are allowed without a parent.
