The P2P Training program is the core of what we do at P2P. Combining our throwing, hitting and performance into an all-inclusive and progressive program for players provides an unparalleled platform in player development. Having customized programs to fit your needs and facilities and resources always available. It leaves the question for you to answer: Am I willing to do the work to get where I want to be?

How You Get Gains: Do the Work with P2P Training

P2P Pitching & Throwing
Pitcher-focus or position-focus. Players will all go through J-bands, plyo balls, arm care, throwing routine and recovery techniques to train and develop their arms.
Pitchers will have pitch development, facing hitters, use of Rapsodo and Trackman data along with holding runners to improve their game.
Position players will work on arm slots, quick releases, positioning, footwork and rotational drills to be quicker and more accurate with the ball in the field.

P2P Hitting Program
Hitters will go through multiple phases throughout this program. Starting with baseline testing, each player will receive their own customized workouts to address areas to work on each session. Testing and remapping workouts happens regularly to progress players through their adjustments.
Use of Trackman, Rapsodo, Blast, Hit Trax, Win Realty, Hack Attacks and other tech to help hitters feel what their body and bat is doing to improve consistency and power.
Hitter will also face pitchers in live at-bats to work on in-game situations and adjustments (*off-season only)

ETS Performance
Youth players change a lot during these years as their bodies start to change. Helping them through their body’s adjustments and becoming more athletic is critical through these years.
ETS is a great partner and brings a wealth of expertise and experience. Players go through 4 main phases in this program: Power, Speed, Isometric and Eccentric to maximize gains and learn how to move their body fast.
Nutrition and flexibility are key focus areas to educate players on during this phase.
