SUMMER PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS

Summer Speed & Strength and Summer Velo Hitting Enrollment NOW OPEN!

Both programs will run June 10th - Aug 15th with classes on Mon-Thur (off week of July 4th)

Registration is a 2-step process: 

  1. Purchase the # of times/week to train   2.  Schedule your days/classes

HOW TO SCHEDULE CLASSES:

  3.   SELECT DAYS IN RECURRING OPTION SECTION (right side of screen)
  4.   ENTER TIME FRAME (JUNE 10 - AUG 15)
  5.   SELECT BOOK NEXT MONTHS RECURRING CLASSES TO BOOK ALL DATES

SUMMER SPEED & STRENGTH

The Summer Speed & Strength program is segmented by grad class for athletes.  Players in elementary school are 1-2x/week, middle school 2-3x/week and high school is 3-4x/week.  Graduates/college players should contact Brandon to get their program and/or weight room plan.   Programs will be held at all 3 P2P locations (NW, SW & South).

Programs are split into initial payment of $249 +  3 monthly payments in May, June, July

Monthly Pmts:  1x = $50/mth, 2x = $100/mth, 3x = $150/mth, 4x = $200/mth

Sessions:  9:00-10:30 AM  |  10:00-11:30 AM |

11:00-12:30 PM (P2P South only)

(30 mins = turf/speed work, 60 mins = weight room)

Typical Use:    2X/Week = Mon/Thur or Tues/Thur  |  3X/Week = Mon-Tue-Thur  |  4X/Week = Mon-Thur

ALL SPEED & STRENGTH PLAYERS RECEIVE PERFORMANCE SHIRT, SHAKER BOTTLE AND DAILY PROTEIN

SUMMER VELO HITTING

The Summer Hitting program is a 9-week program (June 10 - Aug 15, off week of July 4th) designed to give players in-season work to stay both sharp and to improve their performance.   Players do both Velo Hitting and then Speed & Strength immediately after.

The use of weighted balls, the Home Plate Machines and the Hit Trax will help players learn their swing and make the necessary adjustments to drive the ball further and more consistent. 

This is for players looking to get the most out of their training time during the Summer. 

Players hit first and then transition to Speed & Strength. 

Sessions:  8:00 - 10:30 AM  |  9:00 - 11:30 AM

As with Speed & Strength, the Packages consist of an initial payment of $249 and then 3 monthly payments in May, June and July.

Available to all 2020-2025 Grads at all 3 P2P locations (NW, SW & South).  College players contact Brandon.  

WHEN SCHEDULING YOU NEED TO SELECT 2 CLASSES:

  • VELO HITTING AND THEN
  • SPEED & STRENGTH
  • *THEY NEED TO BE IN SUCCESSION (i.e. 8:00-9:00 AM Velo Hitting then 9:00-10:30 AM Speed & Strength)(you will receive 2 credits/day - one for each class)
