-Training times: 7:00am-8:00am, 1pm-4pm

HIGH SCHOOL (15-18U)

June 12th - August 18th
- Flexible Training Schedule
-3 Days per week (Monday-Friday)
-Training times: 1:00-4:00 pm (Schedule can vary)
- One-Hour Sessions

-Programs customizable to individual goals
-Programs designed by Strength & Conditioning Specialists 
-3-Phased Development Plan
-Pre & Post Assessment  to monitor progress and provide feedback
-Speed, Agility, Power, Strength, and Recovery/Mobility

YOUTH (10-14U)

June 12th - August 18th
-2 Days per week (Monday-Friday)
-Training times: 1:00-4:00 pm (Schedule can vary)
- One-Hour Sessions

WHAT IS OFFERED?

-Lay the foundation with an Intro to proper lifting technique & form. 
-Pre-Post Assessment to monitor progress and provide feedback
-Speed, Agility, Power, Strength, and Recovery/Mobility
-Introduction to new movements and sports specific training
