HOW TO SCHEDULE TRAINING CLASSES (VELOCITY + VELO HITTING + PERFORMANCE)

Step 1:  Go to TRAINING tab in Mindbody (CLICK HERE)

Step 2:  Filter by Location (NW - SW - South)

Step 3:  Filter by Class Type  (Velocity - Velo Hitting - Performance)

Schedule classes in succession (1st - Velo, 2nd - Velo Hitting, 3rd - Performance) as this is the order you attend classes:

Example of Correct Class Order for HS player:

4:00-4:45 = Velocity

4:45-5:30 = Velo Hitting

5:30-6:15 = Performance

Do this for Off-Season or Pre-Season = when booking, select Recurring Classes option to book for same time through entire program (you can edit after you book all if needed and classes available). 

*YOU WILL BOOK THE 1ST WEEK OF EACH SEASON & THOSE TIMES WILL HOLD FOR REMAINDER OF SEASON.  If you need any adjustments, contact your regional manager.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

Off-Season = Nov 15 - Mar 12.  Pre-Season = Jan 10-Mar 12.  

YOUTH FINAL VELO TESTING DATE:  MAR 14

HIGH SCHOOL FINAL VELO TESTING DATE:  MAR 7

PERFORMANCE TESTING:  WEEK OF MARCH 7-12
