NOV-DEC SPEED & STRENGTH PROGRAM

Nov-Dec Speed & Strength is designed to help players rest their arms and be able to add size, strength and speed in the off-season without games.  Focused attention on technique, athlete body needs and areas to improve before next season are what this program is about.

As with all P2P Training Programs, players are testing at the beginning and end of training to measure their progress and hard work.
