HOW TO SCHEDULE TRAINING CLASSES (VELOCITY + VELO HITTING + PERFORMANCE)

Step 1:  Go to TRAINING tab in Mindbody (CLICK HERE)

Step 2:  Filter by Location (NW - SW - South)

Step 3:  Filter by Class Type  (Velocity - Velo Hitting - Performance)

Schedule classes in succession (1st - Velo, 2nd - Velo Hitting, 3rd - Performance) as this is the order you attend classes:

Example of Correct Class Order for HS player:

4:00-4:45 = Velocity

4:45-5:30 = Velo Hitting

5:30-6:15 = Performance

Do this for Off-Season or Pre-Season = when booking, select Recurring Classes option to book for same time through entire program (you can edit after you book all if needed and classes available).   If you have questions, please contact your regional manager.

*If you schedule out of order, we will delete the classes and need you to reschedule

TRAINING SCHEDULE

Off-Season = Nov 15 - Mar 12.  Pre-Season = Jan 10-Mar 12.  

FINAL VELO TESTING DATE:  MAR 7 (HS); MAR 14 (YOUTH)

PERFORMANCE TESTING:  WEEK OF MARCH 7-13
