- You can contact your regional manager any time to see if there are openings for that instructor; otherwise, you can contact that instructor at their Pitch 2 Pitch email
IF I BOOK A LESSON CAN I CANCEL IT OR CHANGE IT IF MY SCHEDULE CHANGES?
- YES! Reach out to the regional managers and they can work on rescheduling your session. Must be at least ONE day prior to lesson date.
DO MY LESSONS EXPIRE? Lessons expire 6 months after purchase
CAN I DO MULTIPLE TOPICS IN MY LESSON?
- YES! Each player has the opportunity to work on any developmental area they desire in their hour long session if they do a 4 or 8 pack. Keep in mind that you will need to choose an instructor who is qualified to teach multiple areas. Single lessons need to be specific to what was chosen.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE A LESSON PACKAGE (i.e. DO MORE THAN 8)?
- We will work hard to find a lesson package that works for your players. If you want a lesson package greater than 8, please contact your regional managers to discuss options.
CAN I CONTACT A LESSON INSTRUCTOR?
- YES! Lesson instructors have their P2P email listed in their profiles so you reach out to them with questions if needed; regional managers are always available also for questions.
