The Pitch 2 Pitch Academy Training program provides the most extensive, well-rounded training option for our clients. Because the program has many features and benefits we want to ensure our clients understand these options. Below is a list of commonly asked questions and helpful information to best maximize the Academy Program.
What do I get with the Academy?
You can choose how much you want to do for training. One academy credit equals one hour of academy training. Below is a list of the Academy options available for clients:
How Long is my Academy Program Good For?
In the past, the Academy was a 3-month minimum commitment. Starting Fall of 2019, it will be similar to Lesson packages where you purchase what you want to use. Each level has a time period which credits can be used for after purchase. Max use is 3x/week to book classes with credits. If you need more than 3x/week, please contact your Regional Manager.
How do I Cancel my Academy?
Starting in the Fall of 2019, your Academy will expire after it runs out depending on the package (4-10-20). Single credits are valid for 1 month. Prior to the Fall of 2019, the cancellation process is as described below.
If an account is Cancelled, credit use for training will end at the end of the renew date for the client (Dates may vary for each client, please request that information if your family decides to cancel or suspend the Academy
What if I don’t use all my Academy Credits within the Valid Time Frame?
Once your time frame expires, credits are no longer valid.
What if a class I want is not available during the current week and there are 0/4 signed up?
Contact the P2P location for option to change class
What if a class I want is not on the day/time you want?
