The Pitch 2 Pitch Academy Training program provides the most extensive, well-rounded training option for our clients. Because the program has many features and benefits we want to ensure our clients understand these options. Below is a list of commonly asked questions and helpful information to best maximize the Academy Program.
What do I get with the Academy?
All Academy players have the option for a free skill evaluation to help with their development or they can sign up by age level (done by P2P after registering). Each player also receives a select number of credits that can be applied to training sessions for that month time period once purchased. One academy credit equals one hour of academy training. Below is a list of the Academy options available for clients:
How Long is my Academy Program Good For?
The Academy program is a minimum 3 month term and does not expire. Each month the enrollment will be auto-renewed on the same date as the initial purchase within the next month. (Example: Academy was purchased on the 10th of November, the renew date will be the 10th of the each of the corresponding months) An enrollment can be Cancelled or Suspend, see the cancellation/suspension heading for details.
How do I Cancel or Suspend my Academy?
Below are different options available for clients when determining to stop the Academy.
If an account is Cancelled or Suspended, credit use for training will end at the end of the renew date for the client (Dates may vary for each client, please request that information if your family decides to cancel or suspend the Academy
What if I don’t use all my Academy Credits within the Month Time Frame?
Credits are valid for 30 days from date of purchase.
What if a class I want is not available during the current week and there are 0/4 signed up?
Contact the P2P location for option to change class
What if a class I want is not on the day/time you want?
