  • Must have completed at least 1 year of Core Velocity to qualify or be approved by Brandon
  • Full Core Velocity curriculum plus:
    • Nutrition/Fitness advanced testing
    • Advanced throwing techniques for velocity development and arm health
    • Individualized throwing/lifting/mobility program
