Bio:
Born and raised in Eden Prairie, MN, Jack developed a deep passion for baseball at a young age. His love for the game led him to excel as a pitcher, a position he held throughout his high school years. Jack graduated from Eden Prairie High School in 2017, and one of his proudest achievements was pitching a complete game victory in the Minnesota High School State Championship, a milestone that set the stage for his collegiate career.
Jack began his collegiate baseball journey in 2018, playing Division I baseball at Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. He later transferred to Division II Minnesota State University, Mankato, where he earned a double major in Marketing and Sports Management. Jack continued to build his baseball experience during four summers playing in the Northwoods League for the Willmar Stingers. His career culminated in 2023 with a season of professional baseball, pitching for the Idaho Falls Chukars in the Pioneer League.
After transitioning from player to coach, Jack became the Pitching Coach for the Eden Prairie Legion team in 2024. In this role, he mentored aspiring high school pitchers, focusing on the fundamentals of pitching mechanics, mental toughness, and game strategy. Jack’s coaching philosophy is centered on developing strong technical skills, fostering teamwork, and instilling a lifelong love for the game.
